Terrible customer service. Guy literally had my son waiting thirty minutes in a booth for a dog. Helped people who came in after us before he helped us. Cute animals though!

I had kyrie as my person helping me she did such a wonderful job! Made me feel so welcome and seen! Will be coming back with friends and family and hoping to buy a puppy in the future!

If I could give 0 stars I would I went in there and all the workers sitting down on there phone not very nice or welcoming at all! I watched one of the workers push a dog into the glass! There was a dog in one of the cages look like it was shaking really and all the dogs were bitting it, let the worker know he made a joke saying it’s good for him! Horrible experience when in to get some new stuff for my dog walked out with nothing not gonna purchase anything from people that are rude and don’t have any care for animals! When that’s there whole job!!!!!

I visited on 02/28. Very ashamed of most of the people working there. I visited this shop on multiple occasions. This past Saturday, I decided to visit along with my pup. My accidentally found pup has been with me for at least three years and so I wanted to take him with me so he can help me decide on finding a new friend for us. Well, I never ever ended up being talked to by anybody at the store besides a friendly girl who was on lunch and eating a pizza at the back. I was happy and astounded that she was able to realize that as soon as she made contact with my pup that he was very uncomfortable. She realized this and thanked me for my time and tried to make my puppy feel comfortable in this shop. I think her very much as she was the only person that made me feel comfortable in this unnecessarily snooty store. She had darker hair and made me feel welcome as soon as I made eye contact. The slender blonde girl made me feel the most uncomfortable as she oozed uncomforting and unfounded privilege. I remember seeing two younger brunette males in the back who always made a point to completely ignore me as well as another young short blonde making a very strong point to avoid me as wel

My hubby and I went in yesterday not really having a plan on getting a puppy. Thanks to Abby, she found us the perfect match for our son and our needs. Even stayed late to finish us out and help load everything in the car. She was so sweet!
